Theoretical knowledge
This module provides our students with the foundational understanding necessary for effective clinic operations. It covers:
Clinic Assistant Etiquette: Students learn the professional demeanor, communication skills, and patient interaction protocols essential for creating a welcoming and efficient clinic environment. This includes handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidentiality.
Digital Data Management: We train students on the principles and best practices for organizing, storing, and retrieving digital patient records securely. This ensures data integrity and accessibility while adhering to privacy regulations.
Clinic Electronic Medical Software (EMS): Students gain hands-on familiarity with common Electronic Medical Software systems used in clinics. They learn how to navigate these platforms for patient registration, updating medical histories, managing appointments, and processing billing information.
Inventory Control: This section teaches students the systematic approach to managing clinic supplies and equipment. They learn how to monitor stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and ensure efficient use of resources to prevent shortages and waste.
Practical Skills
Our program emphasizes hands-on learning to ensure students not only understand concepts but can also apply them effectively. Through a variety of practical skills training for medical procedures and realistic role-play scenarios for customer service, our students gain invaluable experience. This active learning approach significantly enhances their ability to learn, retain knowledge, and confidently perform their duties in a real-world clinic setting.
Certificate and placement
Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive both a Certificate of Attendance and a Certificate of Competency, formally recognizing their acquired skills and knowledge. Furthermore, our program is uniquely integrated with the WorkWiz App, which serves as a seamless platform to directly match qualified students with relevant job opportunities in clinics and medical centers. This integration aims to bridge the gap between training and employment, facilitating a smooth transition into their professional roles.
