We offer two distinct training paths to become a proficient Clinic Assistant:
1. Offline Course
Our in-person training has successfully equipped students from diverse backgrounds, including post-A level students seeking work before university and Polytechnic graduates. Conducted annually at their respective schools, this intensive 3-day course combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills training. Upon completion, attendees receive a Certificate of Attendance, and after accumulating a set number of working hours via the WorkWiz app, they earn a Certificate of Competency.
2. Online Course
Designed for individuals with a nursing or customer service background who wish to earn extra income as a Clinic Assistant but cannot attend offline sessions, our 1-day online course is ideal. It focuses on essential skills such as clinic assistant etiquette, digital data management, clinic electronic medical software, and inventory control. The course concludes with a case study, and participants receive a Certificate of Attendance. A Certificate of Competency is awarded once they complete a specified number of working hours through the WorkWiz app.
